Dear All,

The postponed away day at Petersfield has now been rearranged for Friday, 7^th September at Petersfield Golf Club (www.PetersfieldGolfClub.co.uk), with tee-times commencing approx 12.30pm. Meet no later than 11.30am for bacon rolls and coffee.

It will be the same format as last year - teams of 3 with the best two Stableford scores to count on each hole plus Longest Drive(12) and Nearest the Pin(15).  Full handicaps off yellow tees for men & red for ladies - with our normal array of prizes.

Food will be available in the evening either at the club or in a local pub.

Green fees are £10 per member and £25 per guest. 

A couple of societies have turned up with incorrectly clad players. Tailored shorts may be worn but only with sports socks & gents should wear collared shirts - see the website for dress code and club rules.

Please let me know asap and by Saturday 1^st September, at the latest, if you would like to play and if you are bringing a guest.  Anyone pulling out after the 3^rd September will be charged the FULL green fee (£28 ?).

Being the first year of my captaincy, I hope we will see maximum turnout for this event. It really is a good day out and a superb course.

All details will be confirmed or amended when agreed nearer the day.
